Strategy


I create strategies informed by research to transform customer and employee experiences, realise business objectives and create brand advocates.

Behavioural Science


I find out what your customers and employees really need through qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis and a deep understanding of behavioural drivers. I am a member of the Global Association of Applied Behavioural Scientists (GAABS).

Design


I have an economics and business degree and understand the imperative to deliver real business value, not pretty pictures. I design services, products, spaces and bots.


I’ve led design teams in placing the customer and employee at the centre of experiences for over 15 years. I’ve had deep experience of each phase of the discipline’s evolution, through UX, CX, EX, data analytics, AI and now the emerging field of behavioural science, having just completed a Master of Science (Behavioural Science) at the LSE.

This has given me a sophisticated toolkit to understand how people interact with technologies and brands, how the areas will evolve in the future, and how this knowledge can be leveraged for business success
