I'm a behavioural scientist and design executive with extensive experience creating products and services for some of Australia's biggest companies and government departments.

Equally comfortable analysing big data sets and running ideation sessions, I have executive and board experience and am happiest building and leading strong, healthy teams.

I have expertise in AI, digital strategy, design thinking, service design, CX and UX practices, behavioural science, behavioural economics and behavioural design, statistics and data analytics. I can flex between business strategy and practical, hands-on design.

Over the past 10 years, I have improved how customers and employees experience brands such as Telstra, Department of Justice, Department of Transport, the Geelong Cats, Bunnings, Coles, Nissan, MYOB, PEXA, NAB and ANZ.
